These terms govern the service of the following Stack apps:

Stack is provided by Space Node Co., Ltd. to the user. By using Stack the User confirms to have read and understood these terms and agrees to them.

Basic Terms Stack is made available to the User free of charge. Some features of Stack, however, may only be available via subscription or purchase with costs. In order to use all features of Stack, access to the Internet may be necessary.

Stack is partially provided via App Stores and their associated infrastructure. The User shall use such App Stores independent from Stack and the respective Terms of Use shall apply.

Stack shall endeavor to ensure a high availability and reliability of Stack ("best effort"). However, Stack can expressly not guarantee that Stack or individual features of Stack are continuously, at any time and/or fully available. Stack recommends the User to perform a regular data backup of his/her smartphone including Stack.

Limitation of Liability Subject to mandatory legal provisions, Stack shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of Stack or in connection with Stack.

General terms Stack may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of Stack at any time. By continuing the use of Stack after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes.
