These terms govern the service of the following "Cleanup Pro” apps:

"Cleanup Pro” is provided by Appus to the user. By using "Cleanup Pro” the User confirms to have read and understood these terms and agrees to them.

Basic Terms "Cleanup Pro” is made available to the User free of charge. In order to use all features of "Clear Cleaner”, access to the Internet may be necessary.

"Cleanup Pro” is partially provided via App Stores and their associated infrastructure. The User shall use such App Stores independent from "Cleanup Pro” and the respective Terms of Use shall apply.

"Cleanup Pro” shall endeavor to ensure a high availability and reliability of "Cleanup Pro” ("best effort"). However, "Cleanup Pro” can expressly not guarantee that "Cleanup Pro” or individual features of "Cleanup Pro” are continuously, at any time and/or fully available. "Cleanup Pro” recommends the User to perform a regular data backup of his/her smartphone including "Cleanup Pro”.

Limitation of Liability Subject to mandatory legal provisions, "Cleanup Pro” shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of "Cleanup Pro” or in connection with "Cleanup Pro”.

General terms "Cleanup Pro” may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of "Cleanup Pro” at any time. By continuing the use of "Cleanup Pro” after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes.
