- Provide app features (scan, view/annotate, sign, bookmarks, merge/split/compress, set/remove password, watermark)
- Handle customer inquiries, fix errors, and improve quality
- Comply with laws and handle disputes

Baseline principle: Content you scan, edit, or store (documents/images/annotations) is processed and stored on your device. By default, it is not transmitted to or retained on Company servers.

Information that may be processed during use (required/optional)
- Device/OS information, app version, basic diagnostics and crash logs (for quality improvement)
- Information you voluntarily provide for support: email, inquiry details, attachments, diagnostic logs

Access permissions
- Camera, Photos/Files (for scanning/importing/saving)
- Notifications (optional): to receive updates/announcements
Permissions are used only to provide the relevant feature and can be changed in device settings.
3. Retention Period
- On-device content: Until you delete it (no server storage).
- Support/error materials: Deleted within [up to 90 days] after resolution.
- Statutory retention: As required by applicable law.
4. Sharing & Service Providers
- We do not sell or rent personal information.
- We may use service providers only as needed to operate the service, e.g., crash/analytics tools (such as Firebase Crashlytics, if applied).
5. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Policy. For material changes, we will provide in-app notice and state the effective date. Continued use after the effective date signifies your agreement to the updated Policy.
