Term of Use

These terms govern the service of the following "LED Banner” apps:

"LED Banner” is provided by MIN CHUL KEE to the user. By using "LED Banner” the User confirms to have read and understood these terms and agrees to them.

Basic Terms "LED Banner” is made available to the User free of charge. In order to use all features of "LED Banner”, access to the Internet may be necessary.

"LED Banner” is partially provided via App Stores and their associated infrastructure. The User shall use such App Stores independent from "LED Banner” and the respective Terms of Use shall apply.

"LED Banner” shall endeavor to ensure a high availability and reliability of "LED Banner” ("best effort"). However, "LED Banner” can expressly not guarantee that "LED Banner” or individual features of "LED Banner” are continuously, at any time and/or fully available. "LED Banner” recommends the User to perform a regular data backup of his/her smartphone including "LED Banner”.

Limitation of Liability Subject to mandatory legal provisions, "LED Banner” shall not assume any liability for direct or indirect damage caused by the use of "LED Banner” or in connection with "LED Banner”.

General terms "LED Banner” may change these terms of use at any time. The User will be informed about such changes in a suitable manner. The User may discontinue the use of "LED Banner” at any time. By continuing the use of "LED Banner” after changes of these terms of use have been notified, the User shall expressly consent to such changes.
